Outpatient Treatment Information

Blessed Builder Ministry is a licensed treatment facility offering substance abuse evaluations, level 2.1 Intensive Outpatient and level 1 aftercare. For insurance we accept SUD Voucher, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Sanford Health, ND Medicaid, and Medicaid Expansion. If you do not have health insurance our self pay evaluations are $150.00.
